OK, about sleeping with my arm around Bunker...

First of all, in my defense, I had just pulled an all-nighter playing X-Box.  I could have slept through just about anything.

Plus, Bunker's fur is so soft when it has just recently grown back.

Don't tell him I said that.

From the movie "Toy Story"

[MIDI] http://www.tripletsandus.com/disney/midi/youvegot.mid

You've got a friend in me
You've got a friend in me
When the road looks rough ahead
And you're miles and miles
From your nice warm bed
Just remember what your old pal said
Boy, you've got a friend in me

You've got troubles, well I've got 'em too
There isn't anything I wouldn't do for you
We stick together and we see it through
You've got a friend in me
You've got a friend in me

PLEASE tell me you were using him as a scratching post.

I'm not smiling... I'm hungry.

When I woke up and realized what was going on, Bunker did, in fact, become a scratching post.  I can't lie to you, though.  His fur is quite comfortable.

You're a Cat of the Oaties, Sandusky.  Not afraid to admit anything but then, being a Mountain Lion, why should you be?

It's Bunker I feel bad for though, he's going to end up a bit neurotic.  I can't imagine what must run through his mind in situations like that; "If I move, I'm a pincushion.  If I stay here until he wakes up, I'm a pincushion.  What to do??!"

Maybe Scott should buy a stuffed toy Husky and then learn how to do the Indiana Jones "swap the statue for the bag of sand" trick.

Oh, I like your avatar picture, Sabercat!  =^.^=

Admittedly, Bunker ends up as a pincushion on a daily basis, regardless of the situation.  He should just sit back and enjoy the deeply resonating purr of the contented mountain lion.

The pincushion thing is just a bonus.

Okay, I'll most certainly give you that, the purr just might make it worthwhile.  I just hope Bunker enjoys that kind of thing but then, he still seems healthy of mind enough.  He hasn't gone leaping between the trees convinced he's Che Guevara yet, that can only be a good sign (not that it wouldn't be awesome to see Bunker madly leaping between the trees but I digress).  Actually, considering that you're pretty much in a desert, would there be any trees for him to leap between?  I don't think there would so that theory's gone a bit out the window, except not to leap between trees.  Of course, I could make jokes about bunkers in the sand but I'm more mature than that.

Yeah, Scott thought he was being real cute by naming us Sandusky and Bunker.  Oh, ha ha, I get it, Scott.  We live in a desert, surrounded by sand, and you name me Sandusky.  Very funny!  Why don't you just call me Cactusky or Gila Monstrusky?

I intend to live forever.  So far, so good.

Cactusky?  I can't help but think of Pokémon with a name like that, you could get yourself into games with such a name, even.

Pokémon freak me out.  Is Pokémon singular and plural, or would it be Pokémen?

Anyhow, I'm claustrophobic and couldn't stand being trapped in one of those balls.  Scott won't even let me in his Sebring unless the top is down.  He already had it re-upholstered once.  Leather upholstery is apparently pretty expensive.

Not to mention the hospital bills.

I intend to live forever.  So far, so good.
