I've been told March starts tomorrow.  Apparently, February is a crappy month, so they only give it 28 days.  That's fine with me, but John's upset that he has to still pay his normal month's rent.

The only good thing about February is that I was born in it,

Hooray for March!

I think it moves slower when you're a senior in college. Great strip btw, caught your link over at Faux Pas and saw the cougar Read the entire archive already as well. I am definitely gonna be hanging around here.

Very cool!  Thanks for stopping by!

The Carspeckens have been wonderful.  I just wish I could repay them in some manner.  My return link is hardly worthy.  It's like Kenny Bania linking back to Jerry Seinfeld.

Perhaps So, what got you started drawing this strip? Storyline just bouncing around in your head for a while? That's how I got into writing. Fraid I'm not much of an artist though.

Well, I've always been fond of big cats, and I thought it would be an interesting twist on the typical single guy with a dog and a cat theme (like in Garfield and Get Fuzzy).  I'd tried to do some stuff with big cats in a more "natural" setting (a zoo), but the stories never really had any legs.  I wanted to get my main characters out into the "real world" (or at least out from behind a fence).

Plus, it allows me to own my very own cougar vicariously through Scott.

Very cool.  I did the same thing as Jaryn.  Caught the link over at Faux Pas, read the entire archive the same night, and now have your site bookmarked to read the updates as they come out!

Hi all..

Been following Faux Paus for a while and just found the link over.

Myself - a wolf from down under - I'm an import - not native but that has not stopped me from becoming acclimatised

When not tapping the keyboard fantastic I can usually befound at local fairs and events begging for food etc. Hey - its a living. And it is amazing what happens when you open up the big puppy eyes and pleads.

If that does not work a nice smile also works too :>

Wish  could draw.. but I tend to be a pretty good sewer (http//:marcwolf.org)  so I make up for it in that way.

Looking forward to enjopying the stories in the long run.

Take care all

Da Wuff

Well, seems like your webcomic wouldn't really have a following if it wasn't that plug on Faux Pas....  Maybe that's why my webcomics never really took off....or maybe it's just because they suck.  Do you think Scott should have a section on here?  Then again, what chance would he have to reply to people's comments with Bunker and Sandusky hogging the computer all the time?

Yeah, my traffic basically tripled as a result of the Faux Pas link.  The trick is to keep those people around.  I hope, after the week is out (and the link is gone), that people will remember where the site is.

Once Scott gets a little more actively involved with the storylines (rather than just acting as a chauffeur or a scratching post), he may get his own section.  And, he will be more active in the near future.

Well, I know I'm sticking around.  I have your comic bookmarked and everything, so, I'll check it every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and maybe more often for the forums.

By the way, does anyone know if there's a way to get dates to appear MMDDYYYY style rather than the default DDMMYYYY style? I'm not used to it so its hard for me to see which posts are recent right now.

what was funny was I read both comics pre-Faux Pas plug, I have been reading Faux Pas since 2003, and Sandusky since August of last year when John put a link in the Big Cat Anthros LiveJournal Community.

Both are very well written comics.

The day I ate that entire box of Whoppers was rather interesting.

I don't remember much about the current strips, though.  Apparently, I enjoy Whoppers whether I'm nipped out or not

I intend to live forever.  So far, so good.
