John, nice tribute to Johnny Hart. I was a devotee of his for a long time. While I didn't think much of it personally, it must have taken a lot of courage and conviction to promote his faith in the strip in the last decade or so, and I also admire him for that.

My favorite B.C. moment, after the dinosaur sneezed a flower through a tree trunk:

Q: "How'd that flower get through that tree?"
A: "Kazango!"

For those of you without a B.C. library at home, that was the noise the flower made.

Yeah, I don't read the newspaper comics much anymore, but I am a fan of B.C., especially the religious message in some of his comics.

Well, it's supposed to be a cougar suit, but I see now that it's hard to tell. Except that it would have to be a lioness.

I'm a fan of BC, too.  I liked his regious messages, usually.

A caveman joke is always worth a laugh or two.  Whether or not they're worth an entire sitcom remains to be seen.
