We haven't had an update to Sandusky since last Wednesday, and as far as I know, Comicgenesis has not had issues for a while.

So, are you having problems? Anything we can help with?

Are you using Internet Explorer 6.0?  I know I'm having issues with that at work.  Friday's strip keeps showing up for me, rather than Monday's.  I don't know why it's doing that, but it will fix itself when I refresh the page (although each time I visit the page again, Friday's strip shows up).  Firefox and IE 7.0 seem to work just fine for me.

Anybody who knows anything about computers, do you have any idea why this might be happening?

Browser cache... set your IE to download new data whenever you visit instead of pulling from cache.

I am using Internet Explorer 7.0.

When I bring up http://sandusky.comicgenesis.com/ it shows me strip #181.

If I click on "Previous Strip" it shows me #180 at address http://sandusky.comicgenesis.com/d/20070806.html.

If I then click on "Next Strip" it shows me #181 at address http://sandusky.comicgenesis.com/d/20070808.html.

If I then click on "Next Strip" it shows me #182 at address http://sandusky.comicgenesis.com/d/20070810.html.

If I then click on "Next Strip" it shows me #183 at address http://sandusky.comicgenesis.com/d/20070813.html.

If I then click on "Next Strip" it shows me #181 at address http://sandusky.comicgenesis.com/.

In fact, any time I click on "Last Strip" it shows me #181 at address http://sandusky.comicgenesis.com/.

It's all funked up for me as well. I use Safari with Mac OS X.

Hmm, I'm not having any probs with IE6.0 on laptop 1 and Safari on my MacBook Pro. Both pull up the latest page.

I'm hit and miss.  At work, I've been having issues here and there with IE 6.0.  Firefox works just fine.  Same with IE 7.0 and Firefox at home.

I did post to the main ComicGenesis forums, and it seems as though I'm not the only one having issues.  They're working on a couple of different things with their new server that may be contributing to the weird goings-on.  They also suggested a "hard refresh" by pressing F5 (I don't know the Mac equivilent).  Hopefully, that will do the trick.  If it doesn't, at least they're aware of the problem, and it's not just the cougar going crazy.

Hard refresh on a Mac is option-refresh.

Hard Refresh fixed the problem.

I also did some doublechecking and found that I was NOT getting new data each time I visited the webpage. Huh.

So, now it is. And all is well. Thanks!

Good!  Hopefully anyone else having this problem will visit the forum like you did and not just assume I've dropped off the face of the earth.
