I'm not sure why he does it.  You should ask some of the people on this board.  They all seem to enjoy calling me 'Dusker', as well.  My guess is that they're all just lazy.

Because it's easier to pronounce than Sanduskopolis or Sanduskluicious.

When Bunker gave him his bed, "Sandusky" wouldn't fit on it, and it was easyer to put "Dusker" on it. When Sandusky was introduced to Kashmir, Kashmir didn't quite catch it, so he read the name off the bed and "Dusker" stuck.

At least that's my theory.
