Dear Bunker,

What is your opinion of how dogs are depicted on television, especially commercials that feature talking dogs?

Sincerely,

Yuoo

I don't get it.  They always plug in some human's voice in place of the dog.  I mean it's so unbelievable!  They don't even let the dogs talk.  If they can't act, why hire them in the first place?!

On the other hand, I like the Cottonelle commercials where JD from Scrubs is the voice of the puppy.  That one's OK, because I like the show.  Also, that puppy probably couldn't talk yet anyway.

Who was the first person to say, "See that chicken there?  I'm gonna eat the next thing that comes out of it's ass."

That makes me wonder.  How long was it after you and Scott adopted Sandusky before he started talking?

It's hard to remember, because it seems as though he just won't shut up now.

All kidding aside, I don't know how old he actually was.  All I remember is that he was still smaller than me when he started.  Considering he seemed to gain about 10 pounds a day for those first few weeks, it must have still been when he was pretty young.
