Oh, man. I was at summer camp (running the bank for 400 boys!) for 8 weeks, and look what happens like 5 minutes after I left! Just caught up tonight and ordered the book(s). Thanks!

I do plan on ordering a few extras for those who don't get their money in by September 1st.  Hopefully, not too many people are away at camp, though.  I can't afford to order too many extras.  ;)

I've ordered my book.  Pay Pal was a bit of a pain to sign up on - it made me put in my credit card twice, but it wasn't that bad

And now I can use it other places if I want to.

John is actually rolling in it. he says he "works" at a golf course, when in reality, he's retired and owns one.

Just so you all are aware, I am waiting on an invoice from the printers.  That could come any time between today and next week.  As soon as that comes through, I'll be sending my payment.  From the time that clears, it's a max of 10 business days for production.  Hopefully, that means I'll be receiving things before the end of the month.  How quickly I send them out from that point depends completely on how much I like you.  ;)

I'm ordering 100 books in total, so I should have a handful of extras for those (like Tribal) who disappeared for the summer.  ;)  

The USPS is already out three delivery folks. The last one got in his truck to quickly before I could to him... I hope it comes soon. For their sake!
